How to Change Your Email Signature in Microsoft Outlook App:
Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Step 2: Click on "File" in the top left corner of the Outlook window.
Step 3: Select "Options" from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: In the Outlook Options window, click on "Mail" in the left sidebar.
Step 5: Under the "Compose messages" section, locate the "Signatures" button and click on it.
Step 6: In the Signatures and Stationery window, click on "New" to create a new signature, or select an existing signature to edit.
Step 7: Copy the signature provided by IMG Academy within the updated brand guidelines and type your desired contact information in the text box. You can format the text using the formatting options provided. If you need to add the logos to your signature separately, click on the "Picture" icon and select the image file from your computer.
Step 9: Once you're satisfied with your signature, click "OK" to save it.
Step 10: Under "Choose default signature," select the email account you want to associate with the signature from the dropdown menus for "New messages" and "Replies/forwards."
Step 11: Click "OK" to close the Signatures and Stationery window.
Step 12: Your new signature is now set up and will automatically be added to your outgoing emails.
How to Change Your Email Signature in NEW Microsoft Outlook App:
Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook App on your computer.
Step 2: Click on "Settings" in the top right corner of the Outlook window.
Step 3: Select "Accounts" under the settings menu.
Step 4: On the right click the third option down, “Signatures”.
Step 5: Select "New signature " to create a new signature.
Step 6: Copy the signature provided by IMG Academy within the updated brand guidelines and type your desired contact information in the text box. You can format the text using the formatting options provided.
Step 7: Create a name for your new signature.
Step 8: Under "Select default signatures", select the new signature name from the dropdown menus for "New messages" and "Replies/forwards."
Step 9: Click "Save" to save the new signature. You may close the setting window now.
Step 10: Your new signature is now set up and will automatically be added to your outgoing emails.
How to Change Your Email Signature in Webmail:
Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook web mail on your computer.
Step 2: Click on "Settings" in the top right corner of the Outlook window.
Step 3: Select "Mail" on the left side under settings.
Step 4: On the right click the second option, “Compose and Reply”.
Step 5: Select "New signature " to create a new signature.
Step 6: Copy the signature provided by IMG Academy within the updated brand guidelines and type your desired contact information in the text box. You can format the text using the formatting options.
Step 7: Create a name for your new signature.
Step 8: Under "Select default signatures", select the new signature name from the dropdown menus for "New messages" and "Replies/forwards."
Step 9: Click "Save" to save the new signature. You may close the setting window now.
