In this article, we are going to cover some steps that will help if you are having trouble logging into your account using a web browser. These issues can occur and a simple cache clean-up may be the solution. - Open your Chrome web browser
- Click on the three vertical dots on the top right
- Scroll over "History"
- Click on "History" in the dropdown menu.
- Click on "Clear browsing data" on the left-hand side of the screen.
- This menu will pop up:
- Please select the Time range to be from "All time" and checkmark "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
- Click Advanced and make sure to select "Site Settings" and "Hosted app data"
- Click "Clear data"

Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac
You can remove all records that Safari keeps of where you’ve browsed during a period of time you choose. If your Mac and your other devices have Safari turned on in iCloud preferences, your browsing history is removed from all of them. Clearing your browsing history in Safari doesn’t clear any browsing histories kept independently by websites you visited.

on your Mac, choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.

Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared.
Clearing your browsing history and cache in Microsoft Edge
- Click the 3 dots next to your profile picture in Edge and click Settings.
- On the left-hand side click Privacy, Search and Services
- Under the Clear browsing data section, click the Choose what to clear button
- Select All Time from the drop down menu and make sure to check Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files and finally Site permissions
- Click Clear now and close Edge
Clearing your cache in Firefox
- Click the menu button

- Select the panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click
- Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the button.
- Close the page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
